QNA Architectural Control Committee
The QNA Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is an independent
body of homeowners living within the boundaries of the Quintessence
Subdivision who have volunteered as members of the ACC. They
are knowledgable regarding city codes and our covenants to
review and approve additions or changes that may negatively
impact the neighborhood or are contrary to the covenants.

The ACC meets the first Thursday of every month.
Additional meetings will be scheduled as needed.

If you mail a letter to the P. O. Box, please notify
the ACC by e-mail or call an ACC member.
Requests should include the following information:
- name of the requestor
- address of the requestor
- phone number of the requestor
- e-mail address (if available)
- description of the request
- supplemental information such as photos, sketches, diagrams,
permits obtained, etc.
The ACC reserves the right to request additional information
not provided in the original request. E-mail requests must
include attachments of supporting information.
Requests to the ACC as outlined in the covenants will be
responded to within 15 days. If additional information is
required, requests will be responded to within 15 days of
receiving the additional information.
